What is Computer Science?
As a subject, Computer science is very broad. It is the study of computation and all its applications. It covers theoretical aspects of language theory, information theory and formal methods as well as applied topics of artificial intelligence, architecture, performance and optimization, security and cryptography, networking, graphics and visualization.
In a very simplified description, a computer scientist is able to use the computer to carry out his or her instructions in a clear, concise and optimized manner.
Learn Computer Science
Our students at SNCA go through a systematic and rigorous course of study of programming and computer science. Our lessons are conducted on a weekly basis and students are expected to handle progressively harder problems in computing. Find out more about our regular classes here.
